Viewing the same frame in Source view and the Timeline window

While editing in the Timeline window, you may locate a frame in a sequence clip that you want to use as a new In or Out point. In Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5, you can double-click that clip in the Timeline window and the frame directly under the current-time indicator will appear in the Source view. This process is called match frame.

To match frames in the Source view and Timeline window:

In the Timeline window, position the current-time indicator over the desired frame in a clip and double-click the clip.
