Extended Primitives

A collection of extended primitive objects

Extended Primitives comprises a collection of complex primitives for the software. The following sections describe the type of object and its creation parameters.

These primitives are available from the Object Type rollout on the Create panel and from the Create menu > Extended Primatives.

   

AutoGrid

Hedra

Torus Knot

ChamferBox

ChamferCyl

OilTank

Capsule

Spindle

L-Ext

Gengon

C-Ext

RingWave

Hose

Prism

   

Two rollouts in each extended primitive's creation panel function identically for all primitives. These are:

Object Name and Wireframe Color

Creating Primitives from the Keyboard (not applicable to Hedra, RingWave, or Hose)
