Ok, go to www.3dcafe.com into the free downloads and look for pictures of buildings you want. Download them to your pc. Then in your model, make a simple box and use the pictures you have downloaded as texture to make your box look like a building.
That is the most simple way I can think of. If you want to get more adventurous, then email me and I will try to help some more.

I just want to know how to do this, I mean step by step learning. Actually I am very new to 3D studio Max but I have to make these 3D scenes like 3D buildings, landscapes etc as soon as possible because the project on which I am working is the final projetc of my Bachelor degree and in semester system(I think you are aware of semester system) you have to learn things quickly . So please brother can you help me in this regard. you told in your mail that "

I just want to know how to do this I mean I know how to create a box (thats much simple) but how to put textures on it, and from where could I get those textures, are these provided in the software (3D studio Max) or you are talking about Material editor. I mean I want to know the exact method like
create a box in prespective viewport :
then put textues , textures from where ?
